In a written response to an email question by the Bloomsbury Association, The Rt. Hon. Frank Dobson, M.P. stated on 9 January 2006: “I have to say I am extremely dubious about the whole concept of Dedicated Fixed Site Needle Exchanges even if they are properly managed and closely supervised”
