The 2003 AGM of the Bloomsbury Association will be held on;
Tuesday 18th November at 6.30pm DRAGON HALL, STUKELY STREET, WC2

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Dragon hall Tuesday 18th November, 2003 6.30pm for 7pm
You are invited to attend the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the BLOOMSBIRY ASSOCIATION. If you are not a member please come along and join. There is no fee for membership but donations are welcome. Drinks will be served at 6.30pm and the AGM will commence at 7pm sharp. Formal business will be followed by presentations and a discussion on community issues in our neighbourhood.
Police Inspector Des Rock who has recently been appointed as C0-ordinator of the WEST END DRUGS PARTNERSHIP will talk about the aims and purpose of the WEDP.
JIM MONAHAN of the DRAGON HALL TRUST will present information on this important new social amenity.
Councillors PENNY ABRAHAM and SUE VINCENT will also speak about local issues and opportunities.
Prof. John Adams, UCL, will speak on the importance of community participation in neighbourhood renewal.
This is an opportunity to inspect the new facilities of Dragon Hall as well as discuss important issues that affect our lives and the environment in which we live. Dragon Hall is at the rear of the former Holborn Town Hall and the entrance is from STUKELY STREET off Drury Lane (1st turning on left walking south).
The AGM will elect BLOOMSBURY ASSOCIATION officers for the coming year: CHAIR, VICE-CHAIR, SECRETARY and TREASURER as well as executive members.
